What We Need

We need an experienced Estates and Trust attorney who is either already knowledgeable about Elder Law and Medicaid issues, or willing to learn.

Who We Are

The Legacy Law Center's purpose is to help individuals with their legal needs in two areas. The first is the creation and administration of their Wills and Trusts, including Special Needs Trusts. The second is planning for their long-term care needs, including both pre-need asset protection planning and applying for available government benefits such as Medicaid. We are the only law firm in Eastern Montana that is so uniquely specialized. Sol is the first and only Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA - an ABA accredited certification) in Montana.

What We Offer

We offer experience and training in a non-traditional law office focused on helping people with these issues. Our staff consists of Sol, two assistants, and a part-time bookkeeper. We seek an appropriate work-life balance, and our office is open Monday through Thursday. Looking toward the future, dreams of ownership are encouraged.

Salary will depend on experience, with bonuses based on productivity. Benefits include IRA and Medical Savings Account, paid time off, and coverage of professional fees and insurance.

Other Options

We are also open to other options, such as merger with an existing firm that wants to expand their practice into this area and has the personnel on hand. Or maybe someone moving into Montana would like to step into an established practice. Or maybe .....
