Faure Holden Henkel Terrazas, PC, a Montana based litigation firm with offices in Great Falls and Missoula, is seeking a driven and detail oriented Associate Litigation Attorney to join our Missoula office. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior attorneys on complex civil litigation matters, including motion practice, legal research, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation. The ideal candidate values precision, professionalism, and collaborative teamwork, and is committed to producing high quality work product with minimal revision. Responsibilities include drafting and arguing motions, managing discovery, coordinating with experts, preparing trial materials, and communicating effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts. 

Requirements

Candidates must hold a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted to the Montana Bar or able to obtain admission promptly. Strong analytical abilities, excellent legal writing skills, and familiarity with the Montana Rules of Civil Procedure are essential. The position requires the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organized case files while producing accurate, detail oriented work product. Professional communication skills and a commitment to client service are critical, as the role involves regular interaction with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the courts. Litigation experience is preferred, but motivated new attorneys with sound judgment, professionalism, and a strong work ethic will be fully considered.
