The Positions:

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated attorneys with an interest in estate planning and probate to join our growing practice. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with clients on wills, trusts, estate administration, and related matters.  Experience preferred but not required.  The ideal candidates are ready to take ownership of meaningful work from day one, with the support of a collegial team and access to top-tier mentorship.

What You’ll Do:

        Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney

        Advise client in probate and trust administration matters

        Conduct legal research, draft pleadings or other court documents, and prepare memoranda

        Communicate with clients, courts, and financial institutions

        Manage case files and deadlines

Contribute to the firm’s collaborative, forward-thinking culture

J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed to practice in Montana or eligible for admission
Strong research, writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills
