Real Estate Finance Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford or Boston

We are seeking an attorney to join our national commercial real estate lending practice in our Connecticut or Boston offices, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have a minimum of five to eight years of experience in commercial real estate primarily representing lenders. Preference for candidates with experience in lender representation in all asset classes (e.g. office, multi-family, retail, hospitality),  and experience with structured debt and secondary market (e.g. the buying and selling of loans). Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, and/or consolidation and assignments is preferred, as is admission to the NY and CT bar.
