We are looking for attorneys of all skill levels. In the Public Defender’s Office we are trial attorneys representing people facing allegations in criminal court, juvenile court and select civil actions.  We zealously represent our clients and protect Constitutional Rights. We are a busy, fast-paced office. We work both independently and as a team. Our environment is supportive and encouraging as well as fun. • $85,696 to $104,561 per year (depending on experience)

REQUIREMENTS:

• License to practice as an attorney in Idaho or an immediate candidate for Idaho State Bar licensing.
• Possess or have the ability to possess a driver’s license and are insurable.
• Reliable transportation for regular travel to and from various off-site locations (court house, jail, etc.)
