Description
The Business Management Tax Experienced Associate performs basic and intermediate accounting functions related to business management and tax specifications. This job class requires knowledge of fundamental accounting and/or tax principals and the ability to perform work, manage progress and meet deadlines. Performs day-to-day full-charge bookkeeping functions for clients under general supervision.

Identify and help solve engagement (job) technical issues, anomalies, non-routine items
Collaborate and communicate with client and team members in a professional manner
Provides timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
Ensures professional development through ongoing education and obtaining additional certifications as appropriate.
Assist account managers in generating 1099's and W-2's for clients.
Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction and to strengthen client relationships
Completes research and special projects as needed.
