If you are an attorney, this is your chance!  The Office of the Attorney General is seeking strong Civil Attorneys & especially Civil Litigators (as well as strong Prosecutors) that want to practice law in paradise.  The Guam Bar allows licensed attorneys in good standing to practice as a government attorney for up to eight (8) years without needing to take the Guam Bar examination.

Guam's Rules of Civil Procedure are adopted from the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The occupant of this position would defend the Government of Guam against a wide variety of claims against the Government.

Minimum Qualifications:

•       Graduated from an ABA accredited law school
•       Licensed in a State or US territory
•       Excellent verbal, writing, and research skills
