City of Bozeman seeks Mediation Services!  The City of Bozeman seeks to contract with a mediator or mediation organization to provide mediation services to landlords and residential tenants living within the City of Bozeman.  The goal of the program is to provide mediation services fee of cost to participants to resolve disputes early and avoid costly and prolonged litigation.  This is an exciting opportunity for mediators to create and implement a meaningful program while contracting directly with the city.  Details can be found on the city website.  Interested mediators have until April 30 to submit a proposal.
