Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage an active docket of cases using the firm’s case management system, ensuring cases progress smoothly from intake through pre-suit resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all mandatory training as directed.
• Develop a deep understanding of key processes that maximize case value in the pre-lit stage.
• Develop a deep understanding of key processes used to advance cases in litigation.
• Maintain a consistent and aggressive daily routine of procedural oversight on cases assigned.
• Log all relevant case related information in the firm’s case management system consistently.
• Use the internal task management system to triage case-related next steps.
• Zealously develop the client’s damage model and narrative throughout the case.
• Minimize case resolution time by frequently addressing the needs of each case
• Predict and preempt client communication needs

Requirements

• Active license in good standing in Montana.
• No experience in personal injury practice required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with case management systems (Filevine experience a plus).
