We're hiring a detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to help keep our records and data accurate and up to date. If you're organized, fast, and reliable — we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
Accurately enter and update patient and data into our systems
Review and verify records for completeness and accuracy
Maintain confidentiality of all information per guidelines
Organize and manage digital files and databases
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines
Requirements
1+ year of data entry or administrative experience
Fast and accurate typing skills (45+ WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, or similar tools
Must be a us citizen
