 We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team. This position offers exposure to a broad range of practice areas. Experience in general civil litigation, commercial transactions, real estate, and/or title insurance is preferred. Qualified candidates must be members in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar, demonstrate a passion for helping clients, and possess strong organizational and communication skills to manage a busy workload. Attorneys with 3–5 years of experience are especially encouraged to apply.  Compensation commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Tennessee.
• Demonstrated experience of 3 - 5 years in the following area(s): Commercial transactions, real estate, title insurance, civil litigation.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft persuasive motions and precise legal documents.
• Handling of cases independently, including drafting pleadings and motions, attending depositions, preparing for and attending court hearings, and preparing for and attending mediations is expected. Applicant must have experience handling their own cases and performing these tasks independently. 
• The associate will be expected to work on-site at our office located in Knoxville, TN.
